When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Each of our bags is made to order, requiring approximately 2 to 3 weeks to be meticulously handcrafted and shipped. If your piece is ready earlier, you’ll be notified by email.
This wait is not a delay; it is a quiet promise. A promise that your piece is not mass-produced; it is patiently shaped over 18 to 32 hours by artisans who honor tradition and precision. Every stitch is intentional; every fold, personal. Over time, your bag develops a rich patina; a graceful transformation that makes it unmistakably yours.
Our vertically integrated, local operations reduce unnecessary transit and emissions while allowing us to maintain uncompromising quality. And with limited production runs, your piece remains as rare and refined as the care behind its creation.
The Levant Leather Care Ritual
Care Guide: Suede
- Use a professional suede cleaner for routine maintenance.
- After cleaning, allow your piece to air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area; avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Refrain from using stiff brushes; instead, gently wipe to maintain the integrity of the nap.
- Keep away from oil, water, and harsh chemicals, as these can permanently stain or damage the material.
- Always store your suede item in a moisture-resistant, breathable space.
- Note: Suede may naturally shed or fade over time — we recommend avoiding contact with light-colored garments.
When not in use, preserve its shape and finish by storing it in Levant’s dedicated dust bag.
Care Guide: Leather
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove dust or residue.
- Avoid direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to heat, which can cause drying and cracking.
- For minor marks, use a slightly damp cloth with a pH-neutral leather cleaner.
- Never submerge in water or machine wash.
- Condition every 3–6 months using a high-quality leather conditioner to nourish and protect the leather.
- Store in a cool, dry place — and when not in use, always tuck it safely inside Levant’s dedicated dust bag.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on items that are unused; unwashed; and in original packaging with tags intact.
Customized items and those altered by customers are non-returnable.
To initiate a return; email info@levantleather.com with your order number; photos of the item; and a brief explanation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected; please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Email us with your order details to begin; exchanges are free, though return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Note: All returns and exchanges must meet eligibility criteria; we reserve the right to deny returns for used, damaged, or altered items.
