- Keep away from oil, water, and harsh chemicals, as these can permanently stain or damage the material.
- Always store your suede item in a moisture-resistant, breathable space.
- Note: Suede may naturally shed or fade over time — we recommend avoiding contact with light-colored garments.
When not in use, preserve its shape and finish by storing it in Levant’s dedicated dust bag.

- Avoid direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to heat, which can cause drying and cracking.

- Never submerge in water or machine wash.
- Condition every 3–6 months using a high-quality leather conditioner to nourish and protect the leather.

We offer a 30-day return policy on items that are unused; unwashed; and in original packaging with tags intact.
Customized items and those altered by customers are non-returnable.
To initiate a return; email info@levantleather.com with your order number; photos of the item; and a brief explanation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected; please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Email us with your order details to begin; exchanges are free, though return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
